Send questionnaire reminder

In Trippus you, as an admin, can send reminders on your questionnaire to the participants who have received the questionnaire but not answered it yet. To send questionnaire reminders, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to you Trippus web
  2. Click on Reports in the left hand side menu
  3. Click on Questionnaire reports
  4. Click on Reminder on the far right side of the questionnaire you´d like to send the reminder from
  5. The report appearing is containing all the participants who have received the questionnaire but not yet answered it
  6. Click on Send e-mail or Send text message (SMS) to send a reminder. You have to write the reminder yourself
