When you create your questionnaires in Trippus, you can direct the questions to specific participants. You can direct questionnaires to Present participants, participants in a specific participant category or participants who have selected a specific activity (not activity selection).
This function is good to use if there are different questions to be answered by different participants. This means that you can create a single questionnaire and send it out to all booked participants at your event. But the questions that the participants see when they answer the questionnaire can then vary depending on how you directed the questions.

Below is a step-by-step description of how to direct your questionnaire questions:
- Click Questionnaire in the left menu
- Click anywhere on your already created questionnaire
- Click on your already created question
- Click the settings wheel at the far right of the question name
- The questions are directed as below:
Target present bookers - Click this check box if you want only present bookers to be able to see the question in the questionnaire. This function only works with some type of presence marking. Check-in via event app e.g.
Target bookers by category - Select participant category under the Add button. Then click Add to add the participant category. Now only bookers in the selected participant category will be able to see the question. It is possible to select more than one participant category.
Target bookers with activity - Select the activity you want to target from the list under the Add button. You can choose from all the activities created at the event and you can choose how many you want. As previously mentioned, you can not direct the question to specific activity choices, only to the activity itself. It is therefore advantageous to use a check box in the registration to get as good a result of the direction as possible. - When you have finished setting the question, click the green Save button.
