If necessary, you can set a registration link to open on a certain day or time.
This option can be useful if, for example, you want to open a registration at a time when you are not working or awake.
You can also prepare a website with registration links that should be valid and open at different times. An example of this could be that you offer an Early Bird prize for a certain period in order to close the registration to it at a certain time at the same time as you open the registration for the regular price.
This arrangement is made with Participant Categories, whose links you publish on a website and control open and closed using the settings below

Remember that it is always the setting you set for the individual participant category that applies before the setting that is set in general.

How to set the registration for several participant categories to open at the same time:

  1. Log on to your event in Trippus 
  2. Klick on Settings in the left menu
  3. Next to the heading First day of registration, enter Year, Month, Day and also Hour and Minute 
  4. Click Save in the bottom left corner 

How to set the registration for an individual participant category to open

  1. Log on to your event in Trippus 
  2. In the Home-view, click on the Settings wheel next to the name of the participant category you would like to open
  3. Click on Edit next to the heading Basic information
  4. Next to the heading First day of registration, enter Year, Month, Day and also Hour and Minute
  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page

TIP!

You can edit the text that appears to participants when they click on the link to a registration that has not yet opened.
