General about Calendar

Trippus Calendar function can be used if there is any needs in your organization to publish a course with serveral ocassions, meetings or events that shall be visible in the same view. This to make it easier to see current supply of courses or events and in the same view read more information and register.

The Calendar can be embedded on a existing web page but it also workds independently. Trippus Calendar are normally not included in the standard agreement but if you are intrested of this solution please contact our support team or your sales contact person to get a proposal.

The above screenshot shows a Trippus calendar with 5 courses.

• The column Organiser shows the name of the event. In other words it´s the name of the web site that you choose when you create a new web site in Trippus (Add web simplified)
• The column Course picks up the name of the participant category created in the event.
• The column Start date picks up the setting for start date that has been set in settings for the course (participant category).
• The button Information shows a page with information about the course. The text is entered in settings for the course (participant category)
• The button Registration will show as long as it´s still possible to register to the course.
  You control the for open/close registration by edit the setting in settings for the course (participant category)
