Deactivate Confirmation Email

You can choose to deactivate the confirmation email if you don't want a confirmation to be sent after registration.

Follow the steps below to deactivate the confirmation email:

  1. Go to Home (left menu) 
  2. Click on the settings wheel icon on the participant category
  3. Click on Flex settings
  4. Click on the tab Miscellaneous
  5. Scroll down to the Confirmation section and check the box for Deactivate confirmation mail
  6. Click Save

Note! This setting will only deactivate the confirmation email that is sent automatically after registration. You can still send confirmation emails manually, for example from an existing booking.
