Email settings

This is where you can schedule an email to all registered participants in a participant category.

 

This is how you schedule an email for a participant category:

1. Go to Home in the left hand menu

2. Click on the settings wheel icon on a participant category

3. Click on Flex settings in the right hand menu

4. Click on the Email settings tab

5. Click on the button Create new message

6. Add a subject, the email text and the date and time when the email should be sent

7. Click on the button Save message

 

Note!

  • Participants who register after you've scheduled the email will be added to the recipient list of the email right until the email is sent.
  • This is a participant category setting. Repeat the setting for those participant categories you want to schedule the email for.
  • You can make changes in the scheduled email even though it's been saved.
