Word for web

Have you found a name somewhere, for example a text on a button in the registration form, or the name of one of our general information fields, that you want to change? You can change many of the names yourself via Word web (which is kind of a dictionary) by searching for the name you want to change in order to add your own, custom name.

How to search for and change a name in Word for web

1. Go to Home in the left hand menu

2. Click on the settings wheel icon on a participant category

3. Click on Flex settings in the right hand menu

4. Click on the Word for web tab

5. Enter the current name in the text field and click on the Search button

Note! You may end up with a list of different places where the name that you searched for exist. Let's take the name Company as an example, which i.a. is the name of one of our general information fields. It can be difficult to know which one you should add your own custom value (name) for, so it may take some trial and error until you get it right.

6. Add your own desired name in the New custom value text field

7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Save button

Note! This is a participant category setting. If you have multiple participant categories created you need to repeat the setting for each participant category.
