Design template

Do you know that you can choose between two different design templates for your registration forms? Below is a description of each template and a guide on how to change the template.

Default template is the standard template that is automatically chosen when you create a new event/participant category. This template is responsive and is suitable when the registration opens on a smaller unit (for example on an iPhone), since the registration form and its content will adjust to the screen size of the unit that is being used. This is the design template that we recommend you to use!

Desktop template is an older template that you can choose for your registration forms. This template is not responsive, which means that the registration form and its content won't adjust to the screen size. This template is suitable when the registration form opens on a computer with a bigger screen size.

This is how you choose which design template to use:

1. Go to Home in the left menu

2. Click on the settings wheel icon on a participant category

3. Click on Flex settings in the right hand menu.

4. Click on the design template tab

5. Choose the desired design template

6. Click on the Save button
