General information about activities

About activities

The main difference between registration fields and activities is that you can set allocations (a maximum number of bookings) and costs to activities.

Common activities created in Trippus are: seminars, conference dinners, workshops, number of days attending, etc.

Activities will always be presented in a separate step in the registration form.

Examples for activities/add-ons:

  • Attendance at dinner - participants must choose Yes or No (activity choices available in a drop down list)
  • Participation in different seminars - participants must be able to choose from different seminars in a given time slot
  • Participants can be given the opportunity to buy a book
  • Participants can be given the opportunity to book one out of multiple excursions at different price points
