Set how received questions sent from the event app are displayed on the flow page

Received answers from the survey can be displayed in different ways.

  1. Click On Site Interaction in the left menue
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Control the flow
  4. Click on the switch Participant questions Flow to be Visible for the questions that come in via Ask question in the event app to be displayed in the flow.
  5. Click Settings 
  6. Click Setup the flow 
  7. Here can you set up Update frequency, Choose the color theme for the flow, Approve manually, Show name, Show company name, Allow anonymous questions 
  8. In order for the participants to be able to ask questions via the event app, Show question link in the event app needs to be activated as Yes
