Parallel or multiple pages for flow presentation

You can use several different flows for different or the same created surveys. If, for example, you have a survey created to be used as a mentor that is to be presented in two different halls at the same time - parallel session, it will work fine. Or different questionnaires for mentometer function should be shown in different halls - multiple sessions.

1. Click on On Site Interaction in the left menu
2. Click on +Add... per session you need and name it clearly for internal use which one will be used for what. Click on Save.
3. Click the Show web icon (box) to open the on site interaction admin for this session.
4. Then you follow the articles to manage the admin, from The flow page - the page that shows the questions received and the answers from the questionnaire

The questionnaire set up for interaction - all questions must be active. It is then the interaction admin per set up interaction that controls which question should appear in the event app and in the flow. This means that you can then use the same questionnaire in different rooms in different ways. Interaction Hall A, Hall B can use the same survey and activate the questions in their own way for the same survey.

Note that if you use the same survey in parallel or multiple flows, you cannot get reports for the survey responses per session! It will end up under the respective report per survey, not per created session!

If you close - deactivate - a question in the admin for the participants, then it cannot be seen on the flow page either. The solution is to use parallel flow pages and on one of them create a "waiting question", for example "No question is active, wait for information from the scene", which is displayed during the time you do not want to show any meeting question, for example.
