Waitinglist Report

Find the waitinglist report: 

1. Click Reports in left menu. 
2. Click Waitinglist 

Participants Categories 

1. Here you can now see your participant categories and the number of bookings you have on the waiting list for each category in the Waiting column, as well as which might have been Handled.
2. If you click on the number for Waiting, you can see all bookings for that specific category. Here you can see whether you have set up automatic invitation or manual to invite per booked. You can also remove bookings from here.
3. If you click on the number for Handled, you will see who has been booked in from the waiting list.

Activities 

1. Here you can now see your activities and the amount of reservations you have signed up for the waiting list of each activity.  
2. If you click on the name of the activity you can see all of the reservations for that specific activity. 
3. From here you will be able to send email, text message or export to excel. 
4. You can also remove one or all of the reservations from the waitinglist if needed.
