Preferable you should send out the event app via sms but if you want you can send it as a link in an e-mail message.
Follow these steps to send out the event app via e-mail:
- Log in to admin for your event
- At the Home page, click on the grey box to the right of the name of the participant category where the number of confirmed bookings is displayed.
This will lead you into a participant report - Click Send e-mail in the upper left corner
- In the field Subject, enter a subject for your mailing
- In the box for Message, write your message
- Position the cursor in the message where you want to insert the link to the event app
- Click on the icon for event app which you'll find at the last row in the editor
- Choose which one of your event apps you want to insert
- Click Confirm
- Click Send
- The email message with the link to the event app is now sent!
