With the Trippus Invitation module you can send an invitation email to a list of potential participants that you import into Trippus. The invitations are personal which means that the recipients can only answer their invitation once. When importing your potential participants you can import personal details, such as their names, company names, departments, mobile numbers etc. These details will be pre-filled in the registration form if they decide to register, saving time!
If recipients decide to attend the event, they will be redirected from the invitation to the registration form where they can register and receive a booking confirmation. Once they've registered, their invitation will be consumed and can not be used again. Registered participants will automatically move from the import category to a "registered" category, so that you as administrators easily can keep track of who's registered and who's not.
If recipients decide to decline, they will be redirected from the invitation to a landing page for those who decline. They will also move automatically from the import category to a "declined" category, so that they won't receive future reminders.
The ones that are still in the import category are the recipients who hasn't answered their invitation yet, so that you can send a reminder only to them.
These are the 4 steps that you have to follow to be able to send an invitation
- Create the invitation and fill it with content and graphics.
- Create a mailing structure for each of the participant categories that you want to send out separate invitations for. Creating the structure; categories for import, declined and unregistered will automatically be set up.
- Import the list of the invitation recipients
- Send the invitation to the imported list!
